Russian army shelling Kherson with anti-personnel ammunition to hit more civilians

The armed forces of the Russian Federation are hitting the de-occupied Kherson with anti-personnel ammunition in order to hit the most civilians. First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuri Sobolevsky today, December 17, on the air of the FREEDOM TV channel, called on the townspeople not to be in open areas of the street during shelling.
