Russian drone strike leaves Uman and 70 other settlements in Cherkasy region without power

Uman, Cherkasy region

A "Shahed" drone attack in Uman damaged a critical infrastructure facility. As a result, electricity, heating, and partial water supply were cut off in the city. Another 71 settlements in the region were also left without power.

Some residents are experiencing communication issues, and the air raid alert system is temporarily down.

Casualties: None reported, under clarification.
