Russian military prevents refugees from leaving Rubizhne

The evacuation bus from Severodonetsk could not get to Rubizhne due to incessant shelling by the russian military. More than 200 civilians of Rubizhne, who were waiting for evacuation, could not leave the shelling. The city centre is under continuous fire from russian troops.
