The Russian military shelled the hospitals of Mykolaiv.
The regional oncological dispensary came under fire.
The Center for Emergency Medical Assistance of the Nikolaev region, where ambulances are based, was also fired upon. The Mykolaiv ophthalmologic hospital has suffered also, 36 windows are beaten out.
