Popasna, Luhansk region
According to the local military administration, two additional buses were sent to evacuate residents from Popasna, which managed to get to the settlement, but came under fire by a russian sabotage group.
The buses were shot, and one of them («school bus») was hit by russians with a hand grenade launcher.
