As a result of an attack by Russian invaders on the morning of October 31, hundreds of settlements in seven regions of Ukraine were de-energized. "Russian terrorists have once again massively attacked Ukraine. Their goal is not military facilities, but civilian critical infrastructure. Missiles and drones hit 10 regions, where 18 facilities were damaged, most of which are energy facilities," the head of government wrote.
