The Russian army fired at critical infrastructure facilities in the Industrial district of Kharkov, Chuguevsky and Kharkov regions of the region. Buildings and equipment were damaged. According to preliminary data, the shelling was carried out with S-300 missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region.
