Russian strike from Belgorod: one missile on Kharkov, the other on its own territory

On the night of August 31, 3 rockets were launched from Belgorod towards Kharkov: one exploded on the territory of Russia, another one - in the air over the territory of the Shevchenkovsky district of Kharkov, the third one - hit an educational institution in the Kievsky district.
A residential building and one office building were damaged, fires broke out - in one of the apartments on the 3rd floor of a residential building and in an office on the 4th floor.
Victims: 2 wounded, women 81 and 71 years old.
