Russian troops destroyed a hospital in Izium.
As a result of the Russian aviation attack, the admission department of the Central City Hospital in Izium, Kharkiv region, was utterly destroyed - Deputy Mayor Volodymyr Matsokin reported. “Probably it was another NATO base. The patients could barely get out of the rubble”, he said on his Facebook page.
