Russian soldiers shelled with artillery at one of the institutions for the execution of sentences in the Kharkiv region. The building has been partially destroyed. One of the prisoners received a shrapnel wound to the lower back. The man died in the hospital. The prosecutor’s office launched a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war, involving premeditated murder.
