Russian troops recently fired at the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Video shows, that shell hit the corner of the building. The ceiling was destroyed in the room, tiles and metal structures collapsed on the floor and on the table. In the attic, fragments from the metal sheet with which the roof is covered are visible. The police believe that the russian artillery used cluster shells.
