Russian troops shot at a civilian car and a fuel truck.

Russian troops shot down a fuel truck and a car of civilians on a segment of the Rostov highway Rogan-Horizont, at least 2 people were killed. Also, the russians blocked the village of Malaya Rogan and do not allow humanitarian aid to be delivered there. There is no gas and electricity supply in the settlement, there is no mobile communication.
