Russian troops hit Avdiyivka twice with phosphorus munitions. The first strike happened last night in the area of a coking plant. The second one happened this morning in the city center. As a result of this attacks several fires broke out in the city. After the second shelling the Russians launched an airstrike on Avdiyivka, hitting a high-rise building.
Victims: 1 person injured, the number of victims is to be confirmed
