Russian troops are shelling Mariupol with 300 mm "Smerch" multiple rocket launchers, which have different principles of operation, including the cluster principle with thousands of submunitions, leading to a vast number of victims at a great distance.

These munitions in residential areas lead to colossal destruction and numerous casualties, which is a war crime.
