Surveillance cameras recorded the cynical murder of two Ukrainian civilians by russian military. Russians asked the men for cigarettes and then shot them. The CNN channel published the video.
It is alleged that the crime took place on the outskirts of Kyiv when russian troops were on the outskirts of the capital of Ukraine.
Victims: 2 person’s died.
