On April 19, the occupiers fired at the Kyiv and Industrialny districts of Kharkiv, using "Uragan" multiple launch rocket systems. The Dergachevsky and Chuguevsky districts were also subjected to shelling. 4 Kharkiv residents were killed, 16 more civilians were injured. More than 10 houses, garages and supermarkets were damaged.
Victims: 4 dead, 16 injured.
