On May 12, russian troops shelled Zelenodolsk city with the «Uragan» multiple rocket launcher.
There are victims: one civilian in the city was killed, and one was wounded.
Russians struck when people went to work en masse, and the number of victims could have been much higher.
Victims: 1 killed and 1 wounded;
