At night of March 23, russian troops shelled Kyiv, presumably from MRLS “Grad”. Residential buildings and infrastructure facilities in Svyatoshinsky and Shevchenkivsky districts came under fire.

Several multi-storey buildings, private houses and a shopping center were destroyed. Many districts of the capital were again shrouded in thick smog which poses a threat to people's health.
