On the afternoon of August 29, Russian troops conducted a massive rocket attack on the central part of the city, in the affected area - residential areas. There are hits on residential buildings, educational institutions, cars. There is a dead passer-by and civilians in the houses.
Victims: 2 killed, 11 wounded, the data is being specified.
