Russian aviation left 250,000 people in Sumy city without electricity, water and central heating.

During a raid on Sumy, Russian aviation purposefully bombed the main city thermal power plant and a substation that supplies the entire city with electricity. Heat supply, water supply and sewerage were disrupted, the city was left without electricity.
