Service members of the RF Armed Forces, in violation of the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilian Population requirements, planted mines in public places in Nizhnia Syrovatka village, Sumy region.
As a result, a 29-year-old worker of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia hit an anti-personnel mine when he was returning on a walk-behind tractor from the station to his place of residence.
The victim received bodily injuries and severe concussion.
Victims: 1 injured.
