During the Russian troops' siege of Mariupol, more than 5,000 citizens were killed, including 210 children. In addition, 90% of the city's infrastructure was destroyed. 2340 multi-storey residential buildings and 61,200 private cottages, 7 hospitals, 4 clinics, 3 maternity hospitals, 70 kindergartens, 57 schools and 7 universities were destroyed.


More than 30 thousand people were forcibly deported to the Russian Federation. Including more than 2,000 kidnapped Ukrainian children.
