Russian occupiers shell Dvorichansk, Kupyansk, Volchansk and Lipetsk communities in Kharkiv region almost daily. Police daily fix artillery, tank, mortar attacks. Since the beginning of the week, four civilians in the region have died and three have been injured. The occupiers are hitting the private sector and infrastructure. In Volchansk, a hospital is increasingly under enemy fire.
