Around 11:30, Russian troops struck Kupiansk-Vuzlovoy from the "Uragan" MSV. As a result of the "arrivals", a 57-year-old local resident was killed, residential buildings and the station building were damaged.
Soon after that, around noon, the Russian army fired artillery at the village of Osinove. А house, an outbuilding and a car were damaged.
Victims: 1 killed.
