On December 18, around 9:20 p.m., the Russians once again struck Kupyansk with artillery. Wounded civilian. Private houses were damaged in the city.
On the night of December 19, the Russian army shelled the village of Kondrashivka. A residential building was damaged.
Victims: 1 wounded.
