Russia hit the center of Kupyansk with an S-300 missile. She ended up in the building of the Museum of Local Lore.
It is already known about 10 wounded. Three of them were hospitalized, 7 have minor injuries. Previously, 2 people remain under the rubble.
Victims: 10 wounded, to be confirmed.
