In the Kupyansky district, a shelled column of cars was found, where there were civilians. According to preliminary information, 20 people died in the cars. Law enforcement officers and experts left the place, investigative actions are being carried out. This was announced by the head of the Kharkov regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov.
