Kherson region
In the evening of April 23, the Russians shelled the residential quarters of the Central district of Kherson. It "landed" near a high-rise building. Windows were broken in houses, garages and gas pipelines were also damaged.
About 20 settlements were under fire in the region.
High-rise buildings, 14 private houses, objects of critical infrastructure, an administrative building, a gas station, farm buildings and other civilian objects were damaged.
Victims: 1 dead, 5 wounded.
