In the morning, the invaders launched a missile attack on the central part of Kharkov. Serious damage was received by a multi-storey building in the Kiev region. From under the ruins, members of the operational services have already rescued three people - two women and a man.
Another rocket “arrival” also hit the central part of the Kievsky district: the administrative building was damaged, there is no information about the victims at the moment.
