During the occupation of Chornobyl, the russians were able to steal a new fire truck, but before reaching the border with Belarus, the MAZ fire engine was literally dismantled for spare parts.
In particular, all instruments, steering wheel, wheels, fire equipment, hoses, headlights, seats, and other spare parts were removed from it.
