During the period from November 20 to December 3, as of 13:00, Russian shells hit the houses and infrastructure facilities of Kherson 139 times. This was reported by the city military administration. During this time, 19 people died, 38 were injured. On December 3, Russian troops at 12:17 fired at the Palada plant on Karantinny Island.
