The invaders left the premises of the Kherson regional administration looted and littered. Removed all valuables and some of the furniture. Also in the offices of officials there were dirty mattresses on which the Russians slept. But the congratulatory letter from the State Emergency Service to the pre-war deputy governor of the Kherson region Alexander Samoylenko remained on the table.
