This is how the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine looks like after numerous shelling by russian troops
Russian troops have turned the building of one of the unique educational institutions almost into ruins. The windows were shattered, the internal stairs of the main building were broken, the consequences of a large-scale fire, and there were funnels from shells on the lawns outside.
