Three civilians were killed, at least two were injured from a rocket attack inflicted by Russian invaders on Konstantinovka on the morning of January 28.
The Russians fired at a residential area, damaged 4 high-rise buildings, a hotel, garages and civilian cars. Rescuers and law enforcement officers are working at the scene of the tragedy - helping people and carefully documenting another crime of Russian invaders on our land - evil will certainly be punished.
