According to the Ombudsman, the children were not fed in the torture chambers, but water was provided every other day. In addition, the invaders told the children that their parents had abandoned them.
“There was one detained boy who took a picture of Russian equipment on his phone and was kept in a torture chamber,” Lubinets said.
