According to the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office, on March 11, a soldier of military unit No. 6720 (Altai Territory, russian federation) Artem Lazarev, together with several accomplices, threatening with a machine gun, blocked about 20 residents of Irpin in the hospital and used them as hostages for psychological pressure on the director of the hospital Artem Dovgopol . For three hours, the Ukrainian physician was forced by various threats to become the mayor of the temporarily occupied Bucha.
Victims: about 20 illegally detained.
